6. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms and fees are communicated individually for each service. All payments made to Generacademia Research Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd are non-refundable once the service has been confirmed or work has commenced.

This policy applies to all our services, including courses, academic awards, thesis and dissertation writing, research papers, editing, data analysis, ISBN book services, and other academic support services.

For services where revisions are included, eligible revisions will be handled according to the agreed scope and service terms. Changes in requirements after work has commenced may be subject to additional charges.

Clients are advised to review the service details, scope, and applicable charges before making payment. By making payment, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.

Publication Services – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds can be granted for our services. Please carefully review the following points:

Journal Unavailability

In the event that an author's specific journal preference cannot be accommodated by Generacademia Research Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd, the author is entitled to withdraw their article from our services without incurring any charges. We understand the importance of matching authors with their preferred journals, and we strive to fulfill these preferences to the best of our abilities.

Publication Charges

Should an author find that the publication charges associated with their chosen service exceed their budgetary constraints, they have the option to withdraw their article from our services without any financial implications. We understand that financial considerations are important, and we aim to support authors within their means.

Direct Submission

After Provision of Target Journal: If Generacademia Research Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd successfully provides the author with a journal that meets their requirements and the author subsequently decides to directly submit their article to the target journal, resulting in the withdrawal of the article from Generacademia Research Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd, the author will not be eligible for a withdrawal and may be subject to penalties as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Article Acceptance

Once an article has been accepted by the target journal, the author will not be eligible to cancel or withdraw the article from our services. At this stage, the article is considered to be in the final stages of publication, and no refunds or withdrawals will be granted.

Post-Selection Withdrawal

Once an article has progressed to the point where it has been processed for acceptance and a targeted journal has been selected, any requests for withdrawal will not be entertained. Authors are obligated to proceed with the publication process at this stage, and withdrawal will not be permitted.

7. Confidentiality

Generacademia treats all client information and research details with strict confidentiality. We will not share, publish, or disclose any client-specific information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Generacademia Research Solutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, academic penalties, or loss of opportunity.
